General support

For account, posting, chat or video problems, email hello@modeltvlive.com. Include your username, the page URL and a short description, plus a screenshot if you can.

Safety and content reports

Report a post or profile directly from the site — that puts it in the review queue with the right context. If the issue is urgent, email the same mailbox with "Safety" in the subject.

• If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
• For copyright complaints, see the Copyright & Content Policy page.

Casting and agencies

Agencies can join through the Casting section and submit calls for review. Put "Casting" in the subject line so your message reaches the right queue.

Press and partnerships

For press, brand partnerships or collaborations, email hello@modeltvlive.com with "Partnerships" in the subject.

A note on security

MODEL TV will never ask for your password by email or message. Password resets are handled by the automated link on the sign-in page. Treat any request for your password as fraudulent.
