Report an Issue

Tell us what went wrong. Reports about people and posts go to the review queue; technical problems go to the team.

Open the post or profile, choose Report and pick the reason that fits. Your report goes to the moderation queue with the content attached. If you have already reported the same thing, the site will tell you the earlier report is still open.

If someone is abusive in chat, report their profile and block them. Blocking stops their messages and hides their content from you.

Email hello@modeltvlive.com with "Bug" in the subject. Include the page URL, your device and browser, what you expected and what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are welcome.

If you believe you found a security flaw, email hello@modeltvlive.com with "Security" in the subject before discussing it publicly. Include enough detail for us to reproduce it, and do not access other people's data while testing.

Copyright complaints follow the Copyright & Content Policy. Report impersonation from the profile itself so the team can compare the accounts.

MODEL TV is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
